Firm touch, therapeutic by relieving knotted muscles and severe tension; focuses on muscles beneath top muscles; can be sore a day or two after the massage; great for those that are heavy in physical activity, constant pain, or have had a physical injury.

Ear Candeling:

Lasts 15-45 minutes; also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy. This is an alternative practice to improve ear health. A flame creates negative pressure to draw out debris and wax out of the ear canal.

Chair Massage:

10-20 minute massage to promote relaxation.
